How to take Heliocare Ultra-D Oral Sun Protection Capsules?

• It is recommended to ingest one capsule daily before sun exposure and use it as a complement to topical photoprotection , that is, during sun exposure it is necessary to apply an appropriate topical photoprotector .
• Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
