Face shields with adjustable elastic headband. Easy-to-install protective equipment for your safety . They cover the entire face, protecting the areas most at risk from viruses or bacteria: eyes, nose, and mouth.
Designed to protect the face, eyes, and mouth from splashes, droplets, or splashes of body fluids, such as blood, sneezes, urine, or other secretions or excretions. Highly recommended for dealing with third parties at risk of contagious viral infections.
Despite their excellent functionality, these shields are not a comprehensive protection system. This means that, although they cover the entire face, they do not protect other entry routes such as the respiratory tract, mouth, or nose. Therefore, they must be used in conjunction with other facial PPE, such as respiratory masks with the required FFPx protection class. Thus, together, comprehensive protection is achieved.
These screens are not generally designed to filter radiation of any kind (IR, UV, solar radiation), to filter electric arcs, or to filter for welding processes, nor to withstand the impact of solid particles, exposure to gases, or the projection of molten metals or hot solids, nor for any other use other than those mentioned above. Therefore, they should be used exclusively for their specified purpose. There is no greater health risk in the treatment of infectious diseases than letting your guard down because you think you're protected.
Therefore, using protective screens allows for greater facial protection, allowing for a high level of safety in interactions with others. Their use is highly recommended for public-facing jobs where people are at risk of contracting viruses or bacteria.
If liquid splashes onto the protective screen or visor, these surfaces can be cleaned and disinfected using 70% or higher ethyl alcohol or soapy water, using a soft cloth that does not contain any hard parts that could scratch the screen's surface. Dry cleaning should not be done using only a cloth, as this can scratch the screen's surface and cause discomfort and viewing difficulties, which may lead to other types of eye damage.
All Farma2Go protective screens are designed according to international or European standards for personal protective equipment, having been certified according to the necessary criteria to guarantee their safety and effectiveness.
