How do we ship?

  • National peninsular shipments to Spain and Portugal 24 hours* (DELIVERY TIME of 1 BUSINESS DAY) are sent by Correos Expres, CTT or MRW, being free from €59 .
  • You can choose delivery to NO home by InPost . They will leave your package at the delivery point you choose . Only for shipments to Spain (Peninsula) .
  • You can also pick up your order at our pharmacy in Torrelavega, Cantabria.
  • Orders destined for the Balearic Islands have a fixed cost and are sent with Correos Express.
  • We cannot make changes, modifications or returns to orders already created.
  • We process completed orders from 1:01 p.m. the previous day until 1:00 p.m. on this business day . Orders placed after that time frame will be processed on the next business day. Orders leave our warehouses no later than 24 hours* on a business day after payment has been received.
  • On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, you will receive your order before 7:00 p.m. of the next business day (except Balearic Islands). It is not delivered on Saturdays or Sundays.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 1:01 p.m., Saturday and Sunday will be prepared on Monday and you will receive them before 7:00 p.m. the next business day (except Balearic Islands). Generally that day is Tuesday .
  • The indicated delivery times are indicative . In the event that there is a stock out or specific unavailability of an item, will contact you immediately to inform you of the new delivery time or, if it is not possible to serve you said product, proceed to cancel it. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be computed and packaged on the first business day following the holiday, taking into account the work calendar of Torrelavega (Cantabria) and the corresponding agreement.
  • Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. We advise you to group all your items in the same order.

How can I return an item?

  • If we have made a mistake when preparing your order, don't worry about anything; We assume all charges for collection, exchange and refund of merchandise that is misused or damaged in transport.
  • If you have made a mistake on an item in your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to inform us that you want to return an item; The costs of the return will be borne by the customer in this case.
  • Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.
  • Consequences of withdrawal : You must return or hand over the goods directly to us, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before said deadline has expired. The costs of the return will be borne by the customer in this case.
  • You can return any item that is in the same condition as it was delivered to you, except for non-prescription medications dispensed through the Marta Gutiérrez Álvarez Pharmacy. In this case, returns will only be accepted due to breakages, defective merchandise or when there is a deficiency or error in the order served on behalf of Correctly dispensed medications, once they have left the pharmacy, cannot be returned in accordance with Spanish legislation.
  • All items returned to our warehouse by our carriers will be refunded to customers within 7-15 days of receipt.
  • The customer will be charged the return costs for packages not delivered after two delivery attempts by the carrier or those returned by InPost without being picked up after 7 days, as well as the costs of the original shipping; Once received back to our warehouses, Parafarma2go SL will pay the amount of the items received to the customer and will send proof of the delivery attempts made.
