How do we handle shipping?
- Peninsular home delivery (Spain and Portugal): 1-3 business days via Correos, Correos Express, CTT, or MRW (€4.49, free from €99).
- Pickup point delivery: 72 hours via InPost or Correos (€2.99, free from €79).
- Balearic Islands: Home delivery (€6.99, free from €99) or pickup point (€4.99, free from €89).
- International delivery: France, Italy, and Germany (3-5 business days from the dispatch of the order via Spring, UPS, or InPost).
Note: No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
How can I return an item?
- If we made a mistake, we cover all costs for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- For customer errors: 14-day return window, costs covered by the customer.
- Right of withdrawal: 14 days from the receipt of goods.
- Items must be returned to Parque Empresarial Tanos-Viérnoles, Nave 18, 39300 Torrelavega, Cantabria in perfect condition.
