They are fast acting, taking between 15-30 minutes to take effect . 1 or 2 tablets should be taken orally half an hour before starting the trip , but if necessary, this dose can be repeated every 3-4 hours during the trip. If dizziness has already appeared, 2 tablets should be taken in a single dose.
