INTERPROX Cylindrical Interproximal Brush 6 units has been designed to eliminate oral biofilm (bacterial plaque) accumulated in the interproximal spaces of 1.3 mm* , specifically, the anterior teeth.

Its shape facilitates perpendicular entry into the anterior interproximal spaces , avoiding damage to the gums.

The cap can be perfectly attached to the handle to lengthen it and even reach the back areas of the mouth.

In addition, thanks to the memoryless flexibility of the handle and neck, the brush can adapt to each user to maintain perpendicular entry in these areas.

It incorporates a non-slip footprint to ensure better grip and control, achieving precise and comfortable cleaning.

The dimensions of its head reach an interproximal space of at least 1.3 mm (PHD=1.3)*

The innovative manufacturing with high-quality Tynex® filaments offers greater care for the gums, since its dual-color design allows the white filaments to detect bleeding points and the black filaments to reveal the presence of interdental biofilm.

The stainless steel wire is coated with Polyurethane (plastic material) to better protect gums, teeth and implants. The brush has a protective cap that allows it to be transported comfortably.

How to use INTERPROX Cylindrical Interproximal Brush

INTERPROX Cylindrical Interproximal Brush 6 units is suitable for use every day:

1. Always use the most appropriate brush size for each space. The brush should be inserted loosely, so that the bristles, and not the wire, are in contact with the teeth.
2. Move the brush from the inside to the outside, without rotating it.
3. Repeat these movements from the inside of the teeth.
4. Flex the neck (not the wire) and/or the body of the brush to form the proper angle.

INTERPROX Interdental Brush Size Guide

The numerical coding by size or PHD (Passage Hole Diameter) indicates the size of the smallest space through which the brush can be inserted.

It is important that the brush is easily introduced into the interproximal space, so that it is the bristles, and not the wire, that are in contact with the teeth.

****If the wire rubs against the gum or bends, it is advisable to use a brush with a PHD or smaller size.

The dentist or dental hygienist will be able to help you determine the size of the interproximal space and the brush that best suits each case.
