Trofolastin Scar Reducer is a self-adhesive dressing designed to reduce the visibility of scars , whether recent or old. It is indicated for all types of scars, including those resulting from surgery, wounds or burns.

Trofolastín Scar Reducer is a polyurethane dressing made up of 2 layers:

• The external surface is a microporous polyurethane membrane .
• The inner surface is an adhesive acrylic film to facilitate its attachment to the skin .

Trofolastin Scar Reducer does not contain any active ingredient but acts through a physical mechanism that increases the pressure on the scar and modifies the moisture under the dressing, producing a correct arrangement of the collagen fibers.
