How to use

1. Brush your teeth 3 times a day , preferably after meals.
2. Place a small amount of toothpaste on the brush.
3. Brush your teeth with circular movements always from the gum towards the tooth and on all sides of the teeth.
4. The use of dental floss and mouthwash is recommended to complete oral cleaning.
