Deeper cleaning of the nasal passages:
- Tilt your head to one side, insert the nozzle to the top of the nostril.
- Spray for 2 to 3 seconds.
- Allow any excess solution to drain out of the other nostril and then blow your nose.
Use 2 to 6 times a day. For temporary use in cases of nasal congestion.
After each use, clean the nozzle with warm water and dry.
