How to use CARE+ Nasal Spray with Isotonic Seawater 125ml

1. With your head tilted to one side, carefully insert the applicator (approx. 3 mm) into one nostril.
2. Press the spray head briefly and quickly.
3. Let the product sit for a few seconds and wipe off any excess liquid.
4. Tilt your head to the other side and repeat the same operation on the other nostril.
5. Blow your nose with a handkerchief.
6. Repeat the operation, if necessary, until the nose is completely clean and clear.
7. After each use, clean the applicator with warm water and dry it thoroughly.

Recommendations

• For daily nasal cleansing : 1-2 sprays in each nostril in the morning and at night
• If necessary: a maximum of 6 sprays per nostril per day.
