How to use CARE+ Isotonic Sea Water 125ml

1. With your head tilted to one side, carefully insert the applicator (approx. 3 mm) into one nostril.
2. Press the spray head briefly and quickly.
3. Let the product act for a few seconds and wipe off the excess liquid.
4. Tilt your head to the other side and repeat the same operation on the other nostril.
5. Blow your nose with a tissue.
6. Repeat the operation, if necessary, until the nose is completely clean and clear.
7. After each use, clean the applicator with hot water and dry it well.
