Aluneb Isotonic is a solution for nasal nebulization based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and xylitol , indicated for the restoration and maintenance of the physiological conditions of the rhino-oro-pharyngeal mucosa .

Nebulized hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the elimination of mucus and allergens from the upper respiratory tract . It can be useful in regulating mucociliary clearance, relieving all symptoms linked to inflammatory, allergenic and environmental factors .

Creates a protective and moisturizing layer with a barrier effect. Helps post-surgical healing of the nasal mucosa . Reduces bacterial adhesion capacity.

Xylitol helps thin mucus . Reduces bacterial adhesion capacity. Helps reduce episodes of otitis media, rhinitis and sinusitis .

Aluneb is an isotonic solution that helps reduce inflammation of the nasal mucosa. Adjuvant in the prevention of rhino-oro-pharyngeal infections , such as rhinitis , sinusitis , otitis , tonsillitis , laryngitis and pharyngitis .

This isotonic nebulizer solution is formulated with high molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid and Xylitol .

• Isotonic solution for nasal nebulization.
• Adjuvant in the treatment of tonsillitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis and otitis.
• In the postoperative period of nasal surgery .
• In flu or common cold processes.
• Useful in case of inflammation of the vocal cords with and without dysphonia and cough of an irritating nature.
• Results of extraesophageal manifestations of gastric reflux that affect the upper respiratory tract (dysphagia, laryngitis, chronic pharyngitis, aphonia, irritative cough).
• Formulated with hyaluronic acid and xylitol.

Composition of a vial : Sodium hyaluronate, xylitol, monobasic potassium phosphate, dibasic potassium phosphate and water.

Aluneb Isotonic Kit 15 Vials how to use

Use with misting device or nasal shower:

• Children up to 6 years : As needed, 1 to 2 vials , 1 or 2 times a day .
• Children over 6 years of age and adults : As needed, 1 to 2 vials , 2 or 3 times a day .
• Distribute the contents of the vial between the two nostrils.
• Infants : Apply a few drops directly to the nose.
• It is recommended to wash preferably when you get up , before meals and before going to bed .

Use in aerosol therapy : Follow the advice indicated by the doctor. Generally 1 or 2 vials/2-3 times a day . Do not use in ultrasonic devices.
