How do you take Lactoflora Intimate Protector?

Maintaining intimate well-being : 1 capsule daily orally for 20 days.

In acute phase : In cases of imbalance, infection or vitamin A deficiency: 2 capsules per day orally for the first 10 days. Subsequently, take 1 capsule per day for 2-3 months to achieve greater benefit on the vaginal mucosa and flora.

Start of treatment : At any time during the menstrual cycle.

Mix with non-hot liquids.
