How to take Lactoflora IBSolution in sachets?

3. Empty the contents of the sachet directly into your mouth or dissolve in 200ml of cold water (maximum temperature 30ºC), and should be taken immediately.
4. For best results, take one sachet a day for a minimum period of 6 weeks.
