Prepare this delicious instant porridge to eat with a spoon or take in a bottle , it does not require cooking.

To eat with a spoon :

1. Pour 200 ml of milk into a bowl/plate.
2. Add 8 level tablespoons of porridge (25 g).
3. Stir until you obtain a homogeneous texture.

To take in a bottle :

1. Add 1 or 2 level tablespoons to the bottle with milk.
2. Shake until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

The product has a naturally sweet and pleasant flavor , it is not necessary to add sugar.
