2. Mix in a bowl/plate 160 ml of warm breast milk (or whatever you usually drink) with 25 grams (4-5 tablespoons)
3. Stir well with a fork until the consistency resembles a cream.
4. No cooking required.
5. Check the temperature before feeding your baby and use a clean spoon.
6. If you don't finish the portion, cover the container and store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
7. Do not reheat the porridge.
