Rilastil Xerolact Balm Sodium Lactate 18% intensive moisturizing and exfoliating is a softening and smoothing treatment, specific to counteract localized hyperkeratosis.

Rilastil Xerolact 18% is indicated as a daily adjuvant treatment in case of localized hyperkeratosis on the elbows, knees and heels, follicular and plantar hyperkeratosis.

Especially indicated for very dry localized areas with a tendency to hyperkeratosis (elbows, knees, heels...) and as an adjuvant to the treatment of local pathologies that require special hydration (keratodermias, hyperkeratotic eczemas, palmoplantar psoriasis...).

Its high lactate content exerts an exfoliating and keratolytic action, leaving the skin more hydrated, soft and elastic.
