How to Use NHCO Nutrition AminoPeriod 45 Tablets
Start 5 days before your period and then continue for 1 to 3 days until the discomfort you feel disappears.
It is recommended that children aged 12 to 17 years take one tablet in the morning and one at noon or night.
For those over 18 years of age, it is recommended to take 2 tablets in the morning and 1 at noon or at night.
Preferably taken during a meal or snack.
