1 sachet = 1 meal = two hundred and six kcal: Pour the contents of the sachet into 200 ml of water in a container or shaker. Stir with the help of a fork or shake the shaker vigorously. Let rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
It is recommended to drink a daily amount of liquids between 1.5 and 2 liters.
