How to Use Marnys Organic Virgin Coconut Oil 350 g
Incorporate it into your smoothies, either to sweeten them or enhance their flavor with the rest of the ingredients. Remember, it has satiating properties.
Use it directly on toasted bread, as if it were margarine (coconut oil solidifies below 25º, without affecting its quality).
If you want to blend it, you just have to place the container under running hot water or spread it on the bread, like any vegetable oil.
