Food supplement that provides vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate, a non-acidic compound that is gentler on the stomach than ascorbic acid.

Vitamin C is important because:

Take 1 to 6 tablets daily.

More than 1000 mg of vitamin C may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.

• Calcium: 77 mg
• Bulking agent (cellulose, tricalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), modified starch, coating agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cellulose, colorants: titanium dioxide and iron oxide), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, stearic acid and magnesium stearate)
