It is composed of virgin olive oil (Olea europaea), cholecalciferol.

Daily dose and instructions for use of Bonusan Vitamin D3 Drops 5 mcg 30 ml
If there is no different medical prescription, it can be administered to babies and children up to 10 years of age 2-3 drops a day. As it is so pure, it can be ingested directly or mixed in food or drinks.
For adults: 3-5 drops a day, preferably during food.
