Instructions for use of Novadiet Diretik 18 Sticks
Dissolve one stick in a glass of water (200 ml) or a bottle of water (0.5 L).
Take two sticks the first week, one in the morning and the other at noon.
For the following weeks, take only one stick in the morning.
