Instructions for use of Hifas Da Terra Mico-Coprin 93 Capsules
Take one capsule before each meal, preceded by 1-2 tablets of Askorbate K-HdT (rich in vitamin C) to promote the absorption of ß-glucans.
Store in a cool, dry place.
