Precautions with Dietmed Depurlax Rapid 15 Tablets

Do not use in the case of pregnancy and lactation.

Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

It is not recommended in the case of intestinal obstruction, inflammatory colon diseases (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), intestinal atony, abdominal pain and symptoms (nausea and vomiting) of unknown origin.

Electrolyte imbalances and a lack of potassium may appear (older and younger patients, and those with cardiac and nephritic deficiencies, are more sensitive to electrolyte imbalances) so, in the case of heart patients, medical follow-up is advised.

Abdominal pain and cramps may appear.

Prolonged use is not recommended without investigating the cause of constipation. The duration of consumption should not exceed ten successive days.

It can interact with heart drugs (digoxin, antiarrhythmics), drugs that extend the QT interval.
