How to Use Sensodyne Expert Protect Immediate Relief Toothpaste 75 ml

ALWAYS FOLLOW LABEL INSTRUCTIONS.

Brush 2-3 times a day.

Avoid swallowing and spit.

Brush sensitive teeth first or place a pea-sized amount on a clean fingertip and gently rub into a sensitive area (maximum 2 times a day) for 1 minute before brushing your teeth.

Close the lid after use to protect the contents from moisture.
