What level of nipple to use

Although each Dr. Brown's product has its own recommendation, there's no specific age to change your baby's nipple size.

Every baby is different; some will happily use the level one nipple throughout their entire bottle-feeding period , while others eat more and need to continue moving up to the next level.

Your baby will tell you if and when to change levels .

If you notice any of these signs, it means your baby's flow isn't fast enough and needs to move up to the next level.

Remember that if you don't see any of these signs, you won't need to change anything:

• Your baby takes longer than usual to finish eating.
• Your baby becomes fussy and irritable while eating.
