They have the same general formula as polysaccharides, but are of a shorter chain length.
Highly branched cyclic dextrin (HBCD) may improve pre- and post-workout energy.
It is a low molecular weight and low osmolarity carbohydrate, which means that it can extract nutrients such as BCAAs through the stomach quickly to increase performance, achieving that extra energy necessary when performing intensive training.
How to Use Mega Plus Pre-Work Extreme Purity 300 g
To prepare a drink, mix 10 g (approx. 1 measuring scoop) in 250-300 ml of water.
Take 15 minutes before performing physical exercise.
