Calming: Take 1 tablet twice a day, preferably before meals.
For natural sleep: Take two tablets before going to bed.
Precautions with Dietmed Relaxen 30 Tablets
Store in a cool, dry place.
Do not use in the case of pregnancy and lactation, due to the presence of Hops.
Not recommended in cases of hyperestrogenism.
Do not mix with alcoholic beverages and sedative or antihistamine drugs.
