How to Use Biover Calmoplan Phitoplexe Drops 50 ml
For a calming effect during the day: take 2 x 2 ml per day in a little water or fruit juice.
To promote sleep: take 2 ml half an hour before going to bed, and if necessary, 2 ml first thing at night.
