How to Use NHCO Nutrition AminoSkin Pure 42 Tablets
For mild to moderate blemishes: take 2 tablets in the morning for the first 2 weeks, and 1 tablet in the morning for the following weeks.
For moderate to severe blemishes: take 2 tablets in the morning.
Preferably take outside of meals.

Precautions with NHCO Nutrition AminoSkin Pure 42 Tablets
It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by children under 12 years of age, or in cases of bile duct obstruction (due to the rosemary content).
It is recommended not to exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
