Valerian (root est. 0.42% valerenic acid) 150 mg, Passionflower (flowering plant is tit. 3-4% total flavonoids) 150 mg, California Poppy (flowering plant is tit. 0.4-0.8 % total alkaloids) 100 mg, Hawthorn (flowers and leaves is tit. 1.5% vitexin) 50 mg. Other components: pullulan, anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), gelling agent (carrageenan, potassium chloride), natural color (rameic chlorophyll complex).
