This food supplement contributes to night rest thanks to valerian and Griffonia simplicifolia, which promotes brain function.
It is composed among other components of, Magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate, griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia), common valerian (Valeriana officinalis), capsule wall (HPMC (cellulose)), ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), GABA (gamma-acid aminobutyric), passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), anti-caking agent (rice extract), nicotinamide.
Daily dose and instructions for use of Bonusan Sleep and Rest 60 Capsules
You can take 1 or 2 capsules a day during or immediately after dinner or as prescribed by your doctor.
Not suitable for children under 1 year old.
