It can be used in culinary purposes, providing an aromatic, refreshing and spicy touch at the same time.
It is widely used in perfumery, cosmetics, soaps, sweets, insect repellent, and even as an anti-motion sickness remedy.
Instructions for use of Marnys Peppermint Essential Oil 15 ml
Always take diluted, 1-2 drops, in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad, etc.).
Maximum 3 times a day.
Also topical/external and diffusion use.
Precautions with Marnys Peppermint Essential Oil 15 ml
Do not apply during the first 3 months of pregnancy or to children under 6 years of age.
