How to Use Esential Aroms Phytorespir 30 ml + 4 Inhaler Sticks
Apply a few drops to the chest area, the back of the neck and the inside of the wrists. Massage the inside of the arms and legs and the soles of the feet.
In children from 1 to 3 years: dilute 5 drops in 10 ml of sweet almond vegetable oil or other carrier (1 tablespoon of vegetable oil).
VAPORS: dilute 6 to 10 drops in 200 ml of hot water and place it in a specially designed device (Respirator) or in a bowl of hot water. Inhale deeply several times.
