How to Use Equisalud Bio Essential Oils Niaouli Essential Oil 10 ml
Internal use: take 1 to two drops usually with a teaspoon of honey, molasses, brown sugar cube or oil two to three times a day.
External use: diffuse four drops for massage, three times a day.
