Mepentol Ulcer Prevention and Treatment Milk is an emulsion specially formulated for the prevention and treatment of ulcers of the lower extremity in the initial stages.

How to apply Mepentol Milk Ulcer Prevention and Treatment 200 ml

The way to use this emulsion varies depending on the stage of the ulcers.

For the prevention of Pressure Ulcers and Lower Extremity Ulcers and Treatment of Stage I Pressure Ulcers:

1. Perform the usual cleaning treatments.
2. Apply MEPENTOL MILK 2 or 3 times a day, on the areas at risk or affected by the ulcer, spreading the product with your fingertips.
3. Accompanying the use of MEPENTOL MILK with postural changes and other prevention and general care practices, as well as following the recommended hygienic-postural measures, can prevent the formation of skin ulcers.

Treatment of Stage II Pressure Ulcers and Lower Extremity Ulcers in the initial stages:

1. Clean the area.
2. Apply MEPENTOL MILK directly to the ulcer, or to a sterile gauze pad, which is then applied to the ulcer.
3. Cover the ulcer with the help of an appropriate bandage.
