Instructions for use of HANSAPLAST Wristband Adjustable Support 1 unit
1. Place your thumb in the opening, making sure the smooth side faces the skin.
2. Wrap the support first over the top of the wrist.
3. Then, holding the end, finish wrapping it completely, from the palm to the back of the hand. Adjust the tension of the support until it feels firm, but comfortable.
