How to Use Eno Active Original Bottle 200 ml
Dissolve one coffee spoon (5 g) of the product in 250 ml of water (one glass).
Do not drink more than half a litre (2 glasses) of a drink prepared in this way per day.
You can take the second glass 2 hours after the first (not before).

Precautions with Eno Active Original Bottle 200 ml
Do not consume this product if you have kidney, liver and/or heart problems, hypertension, allergy to any of the ingredients of the product, are on a low sodium diet, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
This product may cause mild stomach or intestinal irritation, including gas and bloating.
Do not take for more than 14 days in a row.
It is advisable, if you are taking medication, to do so at another time of the day, as ENO ACTIVE may affect the absorption of medication in the stomach.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet.
