How to Use Eno Active Lemon Sachets 10x5 g
Dissolve one teaspoon (5g) of the product in 250ml of water (one glass). Do not drink more than half a litre (2 glasses) of the drink prepared in this way per day. The second glass may be taken 2 hours after the first (not before).

Precautions with Eno Active Lemon Sachets 10x5 g
Do not consume this product if you have kidney, liver and/or heart problems, hypertension, allergy to any of the ingredients of the product, are on a low sodium diet, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
This product may cause mild stomach or intestinal irritation, including gas and bloating.
Do not take for more than 14 days in a row.
It is advisable, if you are taking medication, to do so at another time of the day, as ENO ACTIVE may affect the absorption of medication in the stomach.
Contains quinoline yellow, which may have negative effects on activity and attention in children.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet.
