How to Use Rhinomer Intense Eucalyptus Spray 20 ml

1. Blow your nose.
2. Shake the bottle before use.
3. Remove the protective cap.
4. Before using for the first time, press the pump several times until the first spray comes out. Take special care not to spray the product into your eyes or mouth.
5. Hold the bottle vertically, resting its base on your thumb and surrounding the nasal applicator with two fingers.
6. Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nasal applicator into one nostril.
7. Spray the product while gently inhaling through your nose at the same time.
8. Repeat the same operation with the other nostril.
9. Let the product sit for a few minutes. Do not blow your nose during this time, but wipe away any remaining product if necessary.
10. Then blow your nose if necessary.

You can use it up to 6 times a day, applying 2 to 3 sprays in each nostril.
