Optimal use of STERIMAR Seawater Nasal Cleansing 100ml

1. During first use, perform a first spray to prime the device.
2. For nasal hygiene and hydration: With your head straight, place the nozzle in your nostril, spraying once or twice in each nostril and allowing any excess solution to flow out, then blow your nose.
3. For deeper nasal cleansing: Tilt your head to one side, insert the nozzle into your upper nostril, and spray for a long time, 2 to 3 seconds.
4. After each use, clean the nozzle with soap and water.
5. You can apply 2 to 6 times a day if necessary.
