Optimal use of STERIMAR Sea Water Nasal Cleansing 100ml

1. On first use, perform a first spray to prime the device.
2. For nasal mucosal hygiene and hydration: With your head upright, place the nozzle into the nostril, spraying once or twice into each nostril and allowing any excess solution to flow out, then blow your nose.
3. For deeper nasal cleansing: Tilt your head to one side, insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and spray for 2 to 3 seconds.
4. After each use, clean the nozzle with soap and water.
5. You can apply 2 to 6 times a day if necessary.
