How to use Sterimar Nasal Spray Hygiene and Wellbeing for Babies

Perform a light spray to prime the system.

Hygiene and hydration of the nasal mucosa:

1. Gently place the nozzle into the nostril.
2. Spray briefly once or twice into each nostril.
3. Allow any excess solution to flow out before blowing your nose.

Deeper cleansing of the nasal passages:

1. Place the head of the baby from 0 to 2 years old lying on his back or sitting up from 2 years of age.
2. Tilt your head to one side, gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril.
3. Press the nozzle for 2 seconds.
4. Allow any excess solution to drain out of the other nostril and then blow your nose.
5. Repeat the operation in the other nostril if necessary.
6. After each use, clean the nozzle with soap and water and dry.

Apply 2 to 6 times a day.
