3. Let any excess solution flow out before blowing your nose.

Deeper cleaning of the nasal passages:

1. Place the baby's head from 0 to 2 years old lying on his back or sitting from 2 years of age.
2. Tilt your head to one side, gently insert the mouthpiece into your upper nostril.
3. Press the nozzle for 2 seconds.
4. Let any excess solution escape through the other nostril and then blow your nose.
5. Repeat the operation in the other nostril if necessary.

After each use, clean the mouthpiece with soap and water and dry.

Apply 2 to 6 times a day.
