Instructions for use of Biover Multivitamins and Minerals Bio 30 Tablets
Adults: take 1 tablet a day with a large glass of water.
Children: take 1/2 tablet a day with a large glass of water.

- Vitamin B1: 0.5 mg

- Vitamin B9: 120 g
- Vitamin C: 20 mg
- Vitamin E: 4.95 IU mg
- Zinc: 1.5 mg
- Selenium: 14 g
