How is FLUOR AID 0.05 Daily Anticavity Mouthwash used?

1. Use daily: once a day before going to bed.
2. It is recommended to use it after brushing.
3. Rinse teeth with 10-15ml of product for approximately 1 or 2 minutes.
4. Spit out the mouthwash and do not rinse your mouth with water.
5. It is preferable not to drink or eat for 15 minutes immediately after rinsing your mouth.
