How to use

1. Rinse with 15 ml of mouthwash, undiluted in water , for 30 seconds , at least twice a day or after brushing.
2. It is recommended not to rinse with water and avoid eating or drinking immediately after use for longer-lasting effectiveness.
3. The use of mouthwash should not replace brushing your teeth.
4. It is recommended to brush your teeth first and complete oral hygiene with mouthwash.
