How to use

1. Brush your teeth 3 times a day after meals for 2 minutes.

3. Fill the measuring cup up to the marked line (15 ml)
4. Rinse undiluted 2 or 3 times a day for 1 minute.
5. Make it reach the entire surface of the oral cavity.
6. Do not drink or eat for 15 minutes.
