How to use Nutergia Elidyn Willow (Sauce) 20 ml
Internal: take 2 to 5 drops in 1 glass of mineral water, 3 to 7 times a day.
External: the application can be:
- Directly on the skin: locally on bruises, in massages with the oil used, in reflex zones, on acupuncture points, etc.
- In the bathroom: after adding a splash of lemon to the bath water to cancel out the effect of chlorine ionization. Add 21 drops of each essence you have decided to mix to the water (maximum 10 essences).
- Aerial application: in a 250 m3 sprayer, place a maximum of 10 essences and 7 to 21 drops of each.
