Instructions for use of Marnys Formula 5 Self-control Floral Complex 20 ml
Take 5 to 7 drops 3 times a day, applying the product under the tongue.
For optimal effectiveness, it is preferable not to use 2 Flower Essence Complexes simultaneously.
