Take 1 to 2 capsules a day, preferably without meals.
Precautions with Equisalud Holomega Gaba Plus 50 Capsules
Due to the presence of GABA, caution must be exercised in people who take benzodiazepine tranquilizers, due to the possible interaction with them.
It could also be potentially dangerous to give it to insulin-dependent diabetics or people with low insulin.
Food supplements do not replace a healthy and balanced diet.
